We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
What we are looking in you:
- Good understanding of search engine optimization techniques.
- Responsible for the execution, coordinating and implementing SEO activities (on page & off page) for E-commerce websites
- Must have off page/on page SEO knowledge
- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis
- Help to execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies (including link building) for a range of clients in a host of industries
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Performing keyword research to optimize existing content and explore new opportunities
- Maintain weekly reports and monthly reports
- Performing competition analysis and backlink analysis
- Complete weekly and monthly performance reports
- Carrying out SEO Audit work, connecting bloggers for quality backlinks
- Maintaining blogs & implementing SEO optimization techniques for the website and the YouTube channel
- Hands-on with Google Analytics, Webmaster tool, Google tag manager etc.
- Participation in client communication
Requirements

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist with a strong passion and expertise in end-to-end recruitment to join our HR team. While the primary responsibility of this role will be focused on talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will also support other HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Leverage job portals, social media, and employee referrals for proactive sourcing.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct HR rounds, salary negotiations, and issue offer letters.
Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct and manage pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities.
- Organize induction programs for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support initiatives that enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Collect employee feedback and assist in resolving minor grievances or escalations.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of employees, recruitment, and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, analytics, and dashboards as required.
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure recruitment and HR processes align with company policies and labour laws.
- Support in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6months of experience in HR with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in hiring for diverse roles across departments.
- Exposure to HRMS tools.
- Knowledge of labour laws and basic HR compliance.
